About Me
Hi, I’m Charlotte Whitfield, a fourth-year Information Science and Psychology student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’m fascinated by how people interact with information and technology.
I work as a Carolina Technology Associate (CaTA) at UNC SDIS, helping students and faculty troubleshoot tech issues and navigate university systems, and as a student assistant at UNC’s Park Library, where I support library services and help circulate AV equipment for students. These experiences have helped me understand how people engage with systems and technology, and have given me a lot of experience solving problems and working with people.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy reading, sewing, traveling, and spending time at the beach. I’m passionate about researching and designing intuitive, human-centered experiences and excited to take on projects that challenge me and make technology easier and more meaningful for everyone.
