About Me
Hi, I’m Charlotte Whitfield, a third-year Information Science and Psychology student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’m fascinated by how people interact with information and technology, which drew me to UX design and research.
I work as a Carolina Technology Associate (CaTA), helping students and faculty troubleshoot tech issues and navigate university systems, and as a student assistant at UNC’s Park Library, where I support library services and help circulate AV equipment for students. These experiences have helped me understand how people engage with systems and technology, and have given me a lot of experience solving problems and working with people.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy reading, sewing, crocheting, traveling, and spending time at the beach. I’m passionate about researching and designing intuitive, human-centered experiences and excited to take on projects that challenge me and make technology easier and more meaningful for everyone.
